Skin Whitening

Skin color depends primarily on the amount of the pigment Melanin in the skin. The more Melanin, the darker the skin color. Sunlight stimulates the Melanin production and thus darkens the skin color.

Whitening Formulations

The most popular active ingredient in commercial whitening formulations is Hydroquinone, however Hydroquinone can result in undesirable side effects such as worsening of the dark pigmentation especially in dark skin. (See references below.)

ORIKI whitening serum is Hydroquinone free so it is a safer formulation to brighten, lighten and whiten your skin tone. It also fades the dark pigmentation in melasma, acne scars, etc.

The ORIKI Whitening natural active ingredients are Seaweed Extract, Vitamin C concentrate, Licorice Extract, Turmeric Extract. These ingredients are also natural antioxidants and thus help to maintain a young and healthy complexion.

*ORIKI products are manufactured in a certified laboratory in the USA.

ORIKI Whitening Regimen

As always, it is also recommended to apply sunscreen and wear a hat when outdoors.
